Licensed Cosmetologist Badge

We have recently launched a new feature. “Licensed Cosmetologist Badges”. These badges are one way you can show consumers you mean business. The Black Book allows all service professionals to be listed on the app, regardless of licensing. That decision is up to the consumer. If you are a business owner that would like a badge to show on your profile please follow the below instructions. For a limited time we are offering badges for 1-year for $20. This promotion will not last long.

  1. Send an e-mail to blackbookapp.dmv@gmail.com with a picture of your licensing. In the e-mail please include your legal name, and business name as it’s shown in the app.

  2. Once we’ve reviewed your license we will send you a secure payment link.
